MHHA's Median & Triangle
Monterey Heights has two small pieces of property within our boundaries- a median on Yerba Buena and a triangle on Miraloma.  We have been maintaining these (for decades) and just recently discovered it is not within our purview to do so.  The city of San Francisco actually owns this land, and DPW is responsible for maintaining it.  If you notice any problems in these small areas (or even if the plantings start to look overgrown), please call 311 and describe the problem.  DPW should come to fix it.  Thank you for your help!

Taraval Police Station Website Update
Our local police department has recently launched a website that has lots of pertinent information to Monterey Heights and our surrounding neighborhoods.  Former Captain Chignell used to email out daily crime reports- these have been summarized by Captain Schmitt and are available on taraval.org's new website.  Happy browsing!  http://www.taraval.org/
